John O'Hara avoided the accidents and drove with aggression to move up from 31st to 14th in his AF3 Prize Drive TME Dallara TOM'S car. Lewis Hamilton took a last gasp win from Nico Rosberg and Jamie Green.
John O’Hara had made up five places in the early laps of the Bahrain GP Qualifying race when he retired on lap 6. Green won the race putting himself on pole for the GP itself.

As part of the lead up to the final round of the AF3 Series an Addict Mobile Pre paid concert was held at the Lima Hotel. All the drivers attended and got a night to remember.
The AF3 trophies were presented in a black tie affair at the RCBC Centre in Manila Philippines. Christian Jones was crowned Asian Formula Three Champion whilst Tyson Sy received the Promotions Class Trophy.
