Christian Jones the son of 1980 Formula One World Champion Alan Jones started racing Karts at the age of 13, winning State and National Championships, Christian progressed into car racing finishing 2nd in the Australian Formula Ford Championship, 4th Palmer Audi Championship (UK) and raced in the Australian GT class Nations Cup in a Ferrari 360, Christian is test driver for the Toll V8 Supercar Team.
In August of 2002 Christian Jones formed his own race team Christian Jones Motorsport and entered himself and team in the 2003 Australian Formula Three Championship finishing 4th in the Championship at the teams first attempt, Christian tested with top British F3 team Carlin Motorsport in the UK and Christian Jones Motorsport finished 2003 by winning the last round of the Asian F3 Championship. In 2004 Christian Jones Motorsport has moved to the Philippines and will compete in the Asian Formula Three Championship.
