Alan Wong has confirmed he will drive the Dallara 398 TOM’S car of Christian Jones Motorsport in Beijing on August 15th. Wong, who has an office at the Goldenport Circuit in Beijing, will replace Dado Pena who is competing in the Formula BMW Asia race on the same day.

Wong, an ex- China Formula 2000 driver, will be a welcome addition to the grid on August 14th. Christian Jones, who leads the overall Asian Formula Series with a clean sweep of race wins to date, says he is looking forward to running a Chinese driver in his home race and he is sure Wong will be competitive in the race to win the China Driver Formula Three trophy.

The Formula Three race will run as part of the Asian Festival of Speed event and will be an exciting race with up to 17 entries expected.
