Marave confirms he will compete Philippine rounds – Feb 3 06

Pepon Marave, the 2005 Philippine National Formula Three Champion, has confirmed he has the backing for the Philippine rounds of the 2006 Series which he will run with his Kinetic F3 Team.

Marave is working on the funding to drive in the entire Asian F3 Series and seems confident he will be on the grid for the Chinese and Indonesian events. “If I cannot raise the funds we will run the car for other drivers on those events, Kinetic F3 will have at least one car on the grid for the whole season” reported Marave.

The Kinetic team of last year has effectively split into two teams with the new Aran Racing Team largely consisting of ex-Kinetic personnel. Aran will run at least two 304 cars in this year’s series.
