Female racer, Gabby Dela Merced, confirmed she has signed to race in the Promotions Class with Speedtech Asia. Her first race will be at the season opener on May 7th at the Batangas Race Circuit.

Team Boss, Edgen Dy-Liacco reported that “We are very happy to have signed Gabby, I have seen her race in Formula Toyota and she demonstrated she possesses some talent. F3 will be a big jump for her and we are putting in place a testing campaign to give her the miles in the car she will need. She has already started on a fitness regime to get into shape for these physically demanding cars.”
