Testing for this weekends first round of the 2006 AF3 Series continued today with several teams shaking down new cars and or drivers

James Winslow topped the timnes in his JA Motorsports Dallara TOM'S 304, setting a 1m:28.8 second lap. Tyson Sy was out for the first time in his new Dallara 304 and was close on 1m:29.0. Dillon Battistini posted a 1m:29.4 despite an off into the tyre wall whilst Dado Pena timed at 1m:30.1 in his old Dallara 301, just outpacing Moreno Soeprapto on 1m:30.2. Next was Gaby dela Meced in her Promotions Class Speedtech 398, setting a 1m:33.3 whilst Michele Bumgarner set a 1m34.3 in her Team Goddard Dallara 398. This was the first run for Bumgarner in an F3 car.
