AF3 teams have begun their testing campaigns prior to the start of the 2007-8 Series in November this year. Aran Racing, Team Goddard and PTRS have all been running at the Zhuhai Circuit in China.

The teams remain tight lipped on which drivers they have been testing but it is known that one Thai and one Japanese driver have been running with Aran Racing and another driver of unknown origin has driven for Team Goddard. PTRS have been running with a Hong Kong Chinese racer along with a driver from the UK.
